At Matteli’s LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that each item meets our customers’ expectations. Because our products are handmade with all organic ingredients, all sales are final. Please review the following terms carefully before making your purchase.
1. All Sales Final
Once a purchase has been completed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. This policy applies to all products sold in-store, online, at markets, or through special orders.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review your claim and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement.

Claims made after 3 business days will not be accepted.
3. Custom or Personalized Products
All customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please review all design details, sizes, and spelling carefully before confirming your order.
4. Quality Assurance
We carefully inspect each product before shipping or delivery. Slight variations in color, shape, or texture are normal and part of the handmade or artisanal process. These variations are not considered defects.
